I have a keen interest in micro fluidic chemistry, in particular in the optimisation of classical organic synthesis in safe, more economical and more efficient micro reactor arrays.

I have a sound understanding of the principles of such micro reactor technology and am interested in the study of the physics and fluid mechanics on the micro scale as a tool to make more intelligent synthetic decisions in current and future chemical research.

I have extensive knowledge of ICT, infrastructure technologies and of web design , specialising in front end Flash hypermedia.

I currently design, build, and (in some cases) maintain a number of corporate and social websites for a selection of national and international clients, ranging from simple flash intro's (e.g. University of Hull, Chemistry Dept) through to fully integrated product microsites (e.g. Project: ViCE, ParaMex, and SKF_consumer)

I enjoy general socialising, and music and media, which tends to take up most of my free  time. Also, I enjoy edible chemistry, fine coffee, and getting out in the sun.
